Brigalow - Mid-Strength Brewing Sugar 500g

Brigalow Mid-Strength Brewing Sugar is a specially blended mixture of fermentable and non-fermentable sugars. When used with a standard beer concentrate it produces a beer of approximately 3.5%. The non-fermentable sugars maintain the full bodied flavour of full strength beer without adding sweetness.
